In his studio in Seguin, Texas, Ardell works to
infuse each piece with the charm and serenity found
in the country outside his window.
Working with precious and non precious metals, as well as gems and precious
glass, he carefully selects
design materials that will guarantee a solid structure as well as great
beauty. His work has been exhibited
in various galleries and shows and he sells it through his business and
through this web site.
Because of his expertise, he has been asked to jury other jewelers and
glass workers who apply for
entry into the prestigious once-a-year state of Texas Arts and
Crafts show, where significant glass
workers and jewelers introduce the public and vendors to their designs.
Each pieces is hand-crafted and carries its own unique design. His
trademark motif is his infusion of
dichroic glass with sterling silver, but he also works with several media
to produce one-of-a-kind pieces.
